We provide Behavioral Health Assessments, Intensive Outpatient Program, Onsite Medical Care, Housing Support, Employment Services, Educational Support, Life Style coaching and Community Integration to help individuals reintegrate into society successfully.
Our programs are designed for adults who have been incarcerated, homeless and are working towards rebuilding their lives and reintegrating into society.
Individuals must be eligible for AHCCCS— Banner Healthcare, the American Indian Health Plan, or Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial Insurances. Those who are currently uninsured will need to apply for AHCCCS benefits before being accepted into our programs.
